A finished recording is one part of an audio experience. Before you publish, listen to the guide as someone encountering it for the first time.
Check the beginning
Does the introduction explain what the guide is about and how to use it? Make sure listeners know whether they should stay in one place, follow a route or wait for a host.
Listen across chapters
Check that voices are clear and volume feels consistent. Look for long silences, abrupt endings and directions that need more context. Check that each image and chapter title matches the recording.
Preview the whole journey
Use Phonation's private preview to review your guide. If it follows a route, walk through the experience and check that the chapter order makes sense on location.
Publish when you are ready
Creating and privately previewing a guide is free. The Community offer publishes one guide for €49 for 12 months, with manual renewal. After public access expires, the guide remains saved and editable.
